Our products can be easily incorporated into your current
ad campaign or Logo. We can turn your flat 2-D artwork into three
dimensional and animated signage. Possible applications include
point of purchase signage, displays, background artwork to enhance
other display mediums, collectible commercial tie-ins, etc. When
our products are utilized in a typical trade show display, it
is no longer typical, but beomes a "people magnet".
We can produce full color three dimensional lenticular
images. We have also developed our own proprietary software for
computer translation of any 2-D photographic image into a completely
natural, fully curved and non-planar, 3-D lenticular. In addition
to this, we can work with live models, dioramas, composite mattes
and combine techniques for unusual effects.
For the "less is more" approach, utilizing
simpler two-phase techniques can produce an equally dramatic
result: one picture changing to another, color to black and white,
the subject appearing and disappearing amidst an unchanging background,
bi-lingual text, before and after, color shifts, changing patterns,
copy, or graphics, positive/negative shift effects. All this
and more can be effectively presented as a lenticular. A prototype
image can be produced rather quickly upon receipt of your artwork
or graphic materials.
We can produce Multi phase animated images that display
continuous movement, derived from existing motion picture film.
This is truly a breakthrough in visual imagery and must be seen
to be believed. A still image containing a moment of smooth action,
a miniature movie that plays in your hand. A knockout punch by
a boxer, a dancer in motion, a gesture captured, isolated, emphasized,
replayed to the observer. These images can be created from cel
animation, 35mm. and 16mm films, computer animation, Videodisks,
etc. The image can be photographed here in our studio, or on
location. We can depict over 8 seconds of relative movement and
if desired, combine it with the above mentioned 3-D effect to
actually create a Three Dimensional Animated (4-D) image.
The Depthography group also provides finished lenticular
art pieces ready for display, as well as any graphics services
needed including retouching, registration, high res. output to
35 mm and 8" x 10" film, scanning, etc.
All of these services are provided in totality at Depthography's
own facility in Manhattan. Many are available nowhere else in
