"MARCH IS 3-D MONTH AT 45 BLEECKER": Saturday, March 3- the end of April, THEATRE 45 BLEECKER, NYC

Featuring a 3-D Coney Island Lenticular Art Show & Two 3-D Projection Shows !

For 6 weeks beginning March 3, The Follin Gallery at Theatre 45 Bleecker present an art exhibition of Three-Dimensional & Animated Lenticular Images featuring Coney Island & the Mermaid Parade by Robert Munn & Sara Cook of the Depthography Group. The exhibit captures the excitement & fun of the yearly spectacle in an interesting & unusual way. The artists have been working in the lenticular medium & related fields of 3-D for over 30 years & are responsible for a number of significant technological advancements in the method. Art Opening & Reception Wednesday March 3, 6-8 pm at The Follin Gallery located at 45 Bleecker in New York.

The duo will be presenting two 3-D Stereoscopic projection shows at the theater March 6th & 20th.

"WORLD WAR ONE IN 3-D" March 20th at 8 pm

with Avant Garde`electronic theremin accompaniment

The images are from Mr. Munn's extremely rare personal collection of 200 glass plate stereo photographs of the conflict. These 90 year old, emulsion-on-glass stereo plates were manufactured in France between 1914-1918 & present a graphic, uncompromising view of the brutality & devastation of the World's first "modern" war. The immersive effect provided by the 3-D projection combined with Mr. Munn's provocative live performance on the Theremin assures the audience a startling experience difficult to soon forget...!
