THE SANTA-FE RAILROAD LENTICULAR 2 PHASE SERIES. The full set includes 6 lenticular images, each image available separately. To view them all, click on the image icon of the Indian and the train.

 

"Amidst thr Mids" 3-D Pyramids from a computer generated environment.

"Twistomatic"- A 36 frame animation of a 3-D squares graphic twisting and untwisting in a wave like motion. Premiered in July 1996 in Macy 34 street window display. See Macy Art on our site for window picture

Bouquet of Hues- Multi-colored dots on a white background breath in and out as the colors change. This was a homage to Dan Preda who created the first animating dots piece in black and white in 1992. This piece was created apon Dan's request by his former student, Sara Cook. Premiered in July 1996 in Macy 34 street window display. See Macy Art on our site for window picture.

"Geo": Created by lenticular artists R.Anthony Munn and Sara Cook. A 36 frame animation that continouosly loops as radial checkers emanate out and rotate.

"Heart O Rama": Created lenticular artists R.Anthony Munn and Sara Cook. This is a 36 frame animation that continouosly loops as hearts emanate in and out of the center and the rays rotate.

"Steeple Chase!" Created 5/96 by lenticular artists Gary Darrow, R.Anthony Munn and Sara Cook.A famous nastalgia icon for Coney Island smoothly zooms out from a red field. This piece is available with and without the Coney Island text. Premiered in July 1996 in Macy 34 street window display.

"Spin-o-rama 60": - A 25 frame animation of a question marks and spheres animating in a continious loop. Premiered in July 1996 in Macy 34 street window display. See Macy Art on our site for window picture

"Zig-o-rama 60": - A 25 frame animation of a question marks and spheres animating in a continious loop. Premiered in July 1996 in Macy 34 street window display. See Macy Art on our site for window picture

"Autostereoscopic"- This 3-D image was the first Lenticular conceived by Depthography and has exhibited at The Strong Museum, The Exploratorium Museum and various European tours. This was a collaborative effort. Lenticular photography was created by Robert A. Munn- Depthography, Inc., and the Art-Direction was conceived by Arby Schuman- Depthography, Inc.. A classic 50's concept car, the "Lincoln Futura", which plunges dramatically toward the observer as it speeds a glitter paved path from Saturn. You can actually reach into the picture and your hand appears behind the rear wheels.

These are the newest designs available in Depthography's line of lenticular art. This page will feature new designs as they become available so please bookmark.

 

"El Nino 4-D" as seen in The Smithsonian, Washington, DC. The satalite photography was combined and manipulated by Robert M. Carey Research Physical Scientist NOAA/NESDIS/Office of Research and Applications. The 4-d lenticular image was created by Depthography.

Roll Of The Dice:This was created in 7/97 by lenticular artists R.Anthony Munn and Sara Cook.

Flight of a dove: A watercolor style dove in flight with red motion streaks (available as magnet size only)

Wink- Classic 60's mod looking eye winks like on our home page. Homage to Victor Anderson, who made 3-D history.

Muybridge horse- The very first motion picture sequence, was created in 1873 by Edwaerd Muybridge after a barroom bet that a horse lifts all four hooves at once when in motion. This was all the proof that was needed in those days.(available as magnet size only).

Great Train Robbery- The very first motion picture close up sequence in history.
